helpful staff convenient metro missing taxi poor sheets

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to the metro, supermarkets, and even 24/7 eateries. The cleanliness was totally on point too, I really liked that.

I booked for a taxi included, though the hotel did not provide this taxi service. I had to pay extra for breakfast and the sheets felt of a very poor quality.

lovely food continental breakfast clean linen limited parking old machines police fine

the staff served lovely food during lunch hours. breakfast was continental plus local and international variety. the on-site Costa cafe and a temperature-controlled roof top swimming pool added convenience. i liked the comfortable beds with clean linen and towels.

The parking was limited, despite being advertised as free. it was hard to find legal parking, and off-road parking risks a police fine. most gym machines are old. Some aren't working.

perfect experience

breakfast options easy location comfy beds

the breakfast options were plentiful (so many choices!). the location proved great with only a short walk to the train station. all staff members were helpful. the rooms were spacious and quiet and the beds were very comfy.

i did notice the absence of solid bath soap. i believe it would be a useful addition alongside the liquid soaps.

the staff was great, especially in the restaurant. they always greeted guests with a smile, and they seemed genuinely happy to help with any requests. this created a cute atmosphere.

the hotel included a good gym and a coffee shop. i noticed the availability of printing services without charge. this was convenient as it allowed for the easy printing of travel documents and other necessary papers .

just ok nothing special

broken safe missing buttons

the room was clean enough it was acceptable

i was annoyed the safe in my room didn't work i reported it twice but nobody fixed it the tv remote was also missing buttons making it difficult to use basic functions like changing channels the lack of maintenance made the stay frustrating
