the staff served lovely food during lunch hours. breakfast was continental plus local and international variety. the on-site Costa cafe and a temperature-controlled roof top swimming pool added convenience. i liked the comfortable beds with clean linen and towels.

The parking was limited, despite being advertised as free. it was hard to find legal parking, and off-road parking risks a police fine. most gym machines are old. Some aren't working.

the breakfast options were plentiful (so many choices!). the location proved great with only a short walk to the train station. all staff members were helpful. the rooms were spacious and quiet and the beds were very comfy.

i did notice the absence of solid bath soap. i believe it would be a useful addition alongside the liquid soaps.

i was annoyed the safe in my room didn't work i reported it twice but nobody fixed it the tv remote was also missing buttons making it difficult to use basic functions like changing channels the lack of maintenance made the stay frustrating
